About Me
Ren is a beautiful 10-year-old, spayed, long-haired cat with a sweet, quiet personality. We have had her since she was about two years old. When I adopted her from the rescue, I was told she may be a Maine Coon mix, but I do not have paperwork confirming her breed.
She can be reserved at first, but once she feels safe, she is affectionate and loves simply being near her person. She would do best in a calm, low-stress home, ideally as the only pet or with a very peaceful household.
We are transitioning to a new home where allergy concerns make keeping her long-term no longer workable, so I am hoping to find her a loving, committed permanent home within the next several weeks.
Ren will come with her supplies, including her litter box, scratching post, food, toys, and other items to help with the transition. I’m happy to answer questions and arrange for you to meet her beforehand to make sure it feels like a good fit.
Special Needs / Preferences
Ren has a history of litter box accidents. She has been evaluated by our veterinarian and medical causes were ruled out. Stress does seem to be a factor, so she would do best with someone patient and understanding who can give her time to settle into a calm, predictable home.
