My sweet girl, Charlie 💛
This is one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make. Charlie is an older kitty with the most gentle, loving personality. She absolutely loves people - she’ll purr the second you touch her, curl up next to you, and happily soak up all the pets and attention you’re willing to give. She’s a true cuddle bug and just wants to be close to her person.
Unfortunately, she’s been living in fear in my home due to conflict with one of my other cats, and it’s caused her to isolate herself to one room. It breaks my heart because I know how happy, affectionate, and relaxed she is when she feels safe.
She seems to do well with female cats, but may do best as the only pet or in a calm home without dominant animals. I truly believe she would thrive in a peaceful environment - especially with someone who has the time and heart to give her the love and attention she adores. She would be an amazing companion for someone looking for a loyal, affectionate kitty to cuddle and relax with.
Letting her go is heartbreaking, but I love her enough to know she deserves to feel safe, comfortable, and truly at home again.
