“Dora is coming out of her shell.” “She came up to me, rubbed against my legs, and purred.” The volunteers noticed those moments, and they meant a lot to me. It takes courage to be brave when you’re a sensitive girl like me.
I’m Dora, a black and white girl with a soft heart. I love chasing balls and working on puzzle toys, and I’m starting to show everyone here how sweet I really am. Sometimes I’ll walk over, rub against your legs, and purr just to say hello… but I need to trust you first. Sit with me for a little while and you’ll help put me at ease.
George is my safe place. We came here together, and having him with me makes everything feel less scary. I’m always a little braver when he’s around.
We’re looking for a home together, where I can keep growing, keep being brave, and keep George right by my side.
