Host: Bea, we’re so happy you’re here. Tell everyone a little about yourself.
Bea: Well first of all, thank you. It’s nice to be invited somewhere where the chairs are actually laps. I’m eight years old, very stylish in my black and white tuxedo, and I happen to have the cutest little mitts you’ve ever seen. I’m a polydactyl cat, which basically means I have extra magic in my tootsies. Some cats have normal paws, but I have deluxe paws.
Host: Deluxe paws sounds really impressive. What kind of personality comes with those?
Bea: Good question. When I’m nervous, I have a big voice about it. But once I feel safe, you’ll see my real side. I’m affectionate, sweet, and I find a lot of comfort curling up in someone’s lap. Laps are excellent places to recharge your heart. I came to Simply Cats due to my person’s health issues, and I’m really looking forward to being part of a family again.
Host: What would a perfect day with you look like?
Bea: Oh that’s easy. I’d sleep on the bed with you for a bit, supervise the morning routine, and then move to the living room where I can keep an eye on everything important. I enjoy a good cat tree, a scratching post, and a comfortable spot to take naps.
Host: Final question. What should people know if they’re thinking about adopting you?
Bea: Give me a little time to feel safe, and I’ll BEA your best friend!
