About Me
Stormy is a very sweet cat with people. She loves being a lap cat, cuddles in bed at night and loves to be pet. She likes to be picked up. She gets along with other dogs, big and small. She has also been around a baby rabbit and never bothered him. She loves spending time indoors cuddling and sleeping. She doesn’t play with toys but loves to look out the window. She has been an indoor and outdoor cat for 4 years and has never come home injured from a cat fight. She is up to date on all her shots including rabies. She spends more time indoors during the colder months and outside in the warmer months. She may not want to go out as much if she is the only cat in the household. She does not get along with other cats. She doesn’t fight with them but she will hiss and growl alot. This is the reason why I am re-homing her. She wasn’t always like this. About a year and a half ago I fostered kittens for 6 months and then stopped because she started to hiss and growl at them. Now she hisses at the cats that she grew up with as well. I’ve tried for a year to make it work but nothing I do calms her. She really needs to be in a single cat household. Other than being with other cats, she is really laid back and loves people. Even visitors to our house that she’s never met. She is a hunter and has come home from outside with birds and mice in her mouth. She would make an excellent cat for an older person. She has lived with men and woman and loves both. She has friskies dry food down all the time and is given wet food once a day in the morning.
