She is petite. She’s like a little ballerina. She LOVES people and purrs constantly. She is a happy camper. Penelope would be a baker if she were human… she makes biscuits all the time. She’s mellow and loving and a real jewel of a kitten. She was fixed 9/13 and has been vaccinated.
