Volunteer Application Process
1. Read volunteer requirements on Volunteer Application page to be sure volunteering with us will be a good fit for you.
2. Complete a Volunteer Application and return it to Simply Cats.
3. Applicants whose interests and schedule match current openings and shelter needs will be contacted by the Shelter Programs Manager to discuss your application.
4. Attend orientation. Volunteer Orientation lasts about an hour. Please note: Volunteer Orientation can only be attended after the Shelter Programs Manager has contacted you to discuss your volunteer position, schedule and start date. Also keep in mind that you will be unable to begin volunteering until orientation is completed.
5. Begin volunteering!
