I am a Party Animal

I’m a cat on a mission: PARTY! I love to play and explore and test my limits. I’d love to play with you, but I can make a toy out of anything: pencils, post-it notes, potatoes. If you’re looking for some laughs and someone to liven up the party, think about inviting me.

I am a Personal Assistant

You’re working on the computer?  Let me press the keys.  Reading the paper?  I’ll hold the pages down for you.  Watching TV?  I’ll just plop in your lap so you can pet me.  I love an orderly household, don’t you?  I’ll help you with all your chores, and I’ll help you relax when we’re done.  You’ll wonder how you ever managed without me.

I am a Private Investigator

I’m working undercover to keep an eye on you and your household.  You may not even know you’re under surveillance.  I can vanish into thin air if anyone or anything interferes with my investigation.  If you need a cat who knows how to stay out of trouble and will always keep your secrets, I just might take your case.

6 Missing Cats

We are missing 6 cats. Two went missing a month ago, another went missing a few days later, then about a week later another went missing, then two weeks ago another one went missing then over mothers day weekend.  All but one of the cats has a notched ear.

Below is a list of the cats.  We think they are being trapped but don’t know who is doing this.

This cat is tamer than the rest:

“STORMY”  We had her fixed and gotten shots for her.  She is our indoor outdoor kitty.  She isn’t a year old yet.  I raised her from a baby and she often sleeps with us in the house.  She is dark colored with small tan/orange spots here and there over her body and also has one over each eye.  We hoped to have her with us for many years.  We were celebrating Mother’s Day on Saturday when she disappeared!    Our other cats are getting older and have health issues.  We recently had to have one put to sleep that we really loved for 18 years.

Listed in order of missing, our feral cats:

“Bright Eyes”  A big black hair male with short hair and white on the paws and neck

“Fluff Ball”  A smaller black hair female with long hair with white on the face, chest and paws

“Monkey Face”  A smaller male with long hair, white with gray spots and gray that goes over each eye

“Little Rascal”  A short hair male, white with a bit of gray on the face and a gray tail.  I had to clean his eyes when he was a baby because they would be matted shut.

“Baby Kitty”  This is the youngest of our cats and the last and only baby.  He is a shorted haired tabby with white on his chest and paws.  He is a very pretty cat.  Only cat without a notched ear but fixed.

Please help us find our cats!!!  (208) 371-3248

I am a Sidekick

Like all sidekicks, I’m just plain good company.  I like attention, and I also like my solitude.  I don’t go looking for trouble but I’m no scaredy-cat, either.  If you are looking for a steady companion to travel with you on the road of life, look no further.

FOSTERING

WE NEED FOSTER HOMES FOR KITTENS!

Another PLEA for foster homes for young kittens! We are in desperate need of temporary foster homes for kittens! We have multiple litters that are still too young to spay and neuter. The committment would likely be 6-8 weeks. At that time we would take the kittens back in to alter and put up for adoption. Simply Cats provides all needs: food, litter, medical, etc. Can you help?

Mom and Daughter from Feral Colony Need New Home

The feral-cat colony I have taken care of for the past six years is no longer welcome on the property that has been their home, as the lot is being developed. I am looking for barn homes or property where these cats can be re-homed. Two of the six cats still need homes. These two girls are spayed and are mother and daughter, so I would like them to go to a home together.

They are:
Juliet (Jelly): A pretty, little, all black girl who was born on the property and has lived as an “outside” cat her whole life. She is 4 years old.

Clementine: A dark, tortoise-shell cat—Clem is very smart and has a beautiful coat. She is at least 10 years old and is Jelly’s mom.

These cats are healthy and happy and are used to living outside, as long as they have shelter, food and water. They are not cats you will be able to pet, but they are used to living around people and they most often come when I call them for dinner and seem glad to see me. If you need outside cats to take care of mice—these girls would make great mousers at barns, stables, on farms, etc. If you already have a feral colony with shelter, food and water, and the girls can join yours, I would be willing to share care-taker duties. If you know of kind, caring people who would like to fully adopt a few of my kiddos, please let me know.

Thank you for your consideration—these cats mean the world to me.

Gulliver

I am a Leader of the Band

I’m a cat who does everything in a big way.  I not only like to be in the middle of things-I like to lead the parade.  I’m an adventurous cat, but I’ll still make plenty of time to show you my affectionate side.  I’m the demonstrative type, you might say.  Want a cat who’s brimming with confidence?  That’s me.
